Returns and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at SHE-Frik. We appreciate your business and strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. For such instances, we offer an exchange-only policy under the following conditions:

Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility: You can request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your item(s). Beyond this period, we are unable to process any exchanges.

2. **Condition**: Products must be returned in the same condition as received—unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted for exchange.

3. **Proof of Purchase**: Please include a copy of the original invoice or order confirmation email as proof of purchase.

4. **Shipping Costs**: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange. We will cover the shipping cost for sending the exchanged product back to you.

5. **Processing Time**: Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will notify you via email about the status of your exchange. Please allow up to 7 business days for this process.

6. **Limited Editions & Sale Items**: Please note that limited print items and sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

How to Initiate an Exchange

1. Contact Us: To initiate an exchange, please reach out to our Customer Service team by filling out [this form](#) or emailing us at info@she-frik.com.

2. Approval & Instructions: Upon approval of the exchange, you will be provided with return instructions and a return address.

3. **Shipping**: Carefully pack the item(s) in suitable packaging and ship them to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to monitor the status of your return.

My order was not delivered. What should I do? 

In the instance that the carrier tracking states that your package has been delivered but you have not received your items, please contact us. Once the package is in the hands of the carrier, they become liable for the safe delivery of your items. If a package isn’t properly delivered, upon notification from the customer, we will open a case with the carrier. Please allow 2 weeks for us to investigate and arrive at a resolution. If you do not receive your order within the 2 weeks of investigation, we’ll provide you with the option of either reshipping your order or giving you store credit. A refund will not be issued.

Disclaimer

SHE-Frik reserves the right to deny any exchange that does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy. Items returned to us that are ineligible for exchange will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.
