Processing Time & Local Pick-Up

– Please allow 2-3 business days for the processing of your order.

– For our local customers in Ghana, curbside pick-up is available. To place your order, call us between Mon-Fri 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM GMT.

– Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday, except for items on Pre-Order. Orders placed during the weekend or on select holidays will be processed on the next business day.

– After an order is fulfilled, it cannot be altered. Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours (Mon-Fri).

Domestic Shipping Within Ghana

– For local deliveries within Ghana, we use dispatch riders or public transport services.

– Specific cost and delivery time details will be provided during the checkout process.

International Shipping

– We sometimes use Ghana Post for international shipments. All orders can be tracked after leaving Ghana.

– Shipping costs vary based on weight and destination.

  – **FEDEX International Express**: 3-5 Business Days.

  – **FEDEX International Economy**: 6-10 Business Days.

– Please note: Customs delays may occur, and any customs duties, taxes, and fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Incorrect Shipping Address

– SHE-Frik is not liable for incorrectly entered shipping addresses. Ensure your shipping and billing information is accurate before finalizing your order.

Undelivered Shipments

– If your package is marked “Delivered” but hasn’t arrived, wait an additional 3 business days. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us at info@she-frik.com. Your options are to have the order reshipped or to receive store credit. No refunds will be issued.
